Experience Healing

Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands

Therapy can be an incredible journey of self-discovery, introspection, reflection, and healing. I enjoy working with clients in an interpersonal, and collaborative way using our therapeutic relationship as a vehicle for change. I’m a licensed psychologist practicing in New York, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward realizing your strengths, and making meaning of your experiences. Therapy is one of the most sacred spaces, and I treat it as an honor to be allowed to walk with you on your journey towards growth.

Most of my clients are working through imposter syndrome, co-dependency, navigating challenging family dynamics or working through trauma. If you are looking for a therapist who is curious about you as a WHOLE person, and you are ready to invest in your well-being for a healthier future, reach out and schedule your free consultation to see if we would be a good fit!

At  Your Visit

During our first meeting we will discuss what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for in a therapist, and goals for what you would want to accomplish during therapy. The first few sessions in therapy are where we establish our therapeutic relationship and build trust. It is the time where we will both ask questions. I invite all clients to ask questions and be open and honest about how they are experiencing our work together. Feedback is one of the core principles of successful therapy. I welcome it in every session, starting from the beginning.

Individual Therapy

Using our therapeutic relationship, we’ll work to solve current and ongoing challenges whether they are related to anxiety, anger and conflict challenges, co-dependency, relationship challenges, emotional intimacy, recovering from trauma, or depression. Our work can help to provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles that can get in the way of living a healthier and fulfilling life.

Individual therapy is an intimate emotional relationship that takes commitment and collaboration, and I believe one that can bring about great transformation and healing. My goal in our work together is to build trust, identify unhealthy coping patterns, identify your inner strength and resilience, and work towards making changes to get you closer to your most authentic, and empowered self.

Couples Therapy

Many couple struggle to find their balance and maintain their connection. Couples therapy can provide a safe space to process and work through current challenges in your relationship which can cause recurring conflict, emotional and physical disconnection, and resentment.

My approach to couples therapy is active, and collaborative, and requires couples to be willing to have the challenging, uncomfortable conversations you work so hard to avoid.

Strong, healthy relationships take WORK! I help couples identify their stuck points, reconnect with their partners and rediscover what brought you together, and break out of relational patterns that are getting in the way of meaningful and fulfilling connection.
